Our Process
Here at the Phoenix Affect, we are constantly trying to perfect our onboarding, consulting and project delivery process. Check out our process below and let’s get started.

Consultation
Our first step is a consultation meeting with a prospective client. PA does turn down 50% or more of organizations that want to work with us. During the consultation process we will gain an understanding of what you need, where your business currently is, and discuss how we can help.

Proposal Follow Up
If it seems like a great fit, the PA team will go back to the table and create a proposal that will break down process, timeline and budget for your project. If the potential client agrees to begin the work, our next step is onboarding and execution!

Execution
We have a series of follow up meetings to begin the execution process. At that juncture you will have 24 hour access to the progress of your project.
